Passing through and picked up a nail in the tire. Walked in near the end of the day, they took us right in. Less than 20 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we left. The charge, nothing. They were friendly, attentive and had a nice waiting area. Definitely will stop by when we need something. Clean shop as well. Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Thanks you freedom auto. Been using them since I moved to manchester a few years ago. Today I had a screw in my tire and needed it fixed. They were extremely busy but had me in and out in about 15 min. No appt, just walked in. Great customer service. Thank you guys for always providing me with great service.....SHOP LOCAL!!!
I was loosing tire pressure in my rear passenger side of my SUV, so I decided to stop at Freedom Tire. A very nice service rep listened to my car problem and said he would check out my SUV. I waited in their very clean waiting area and maybe 30 minutes later my car was ready. It was a small nail causing the problem. I asked him what were the charges and he said I was good. I had a screw in my tire and they plugged it and didn’t even charge me! So kind and efficient!
We were traveling from Kentucky to Florida and got a screw in our tire. They were able to fit us in and get us fixed up so we could get back to our travels. They were fast and very kind. Very thankful to them for taking care of us while we were on the road, in a new place, during a stressful situation. We truly appreciate them.
