As other reviews suggest...do not do business with Wayne - I wish I had read the reviews myself first. Everything great until the money changed hands. I needed to get a repair done under warranty (agreed to at sale). As soon as I tried to get reimbursed, communication stopped. I eventually had to call from my partner's phone as my number had been blocked. Be very cautious of this guy. Wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with him. Good communication before he got my money then no communication at all. Work that was agreed to be done was not done. Wont answer emails anymore. Off to court to sort this out.
Was nice to me before I bought a car. Had trouble with it and they Didn't want to know. He Said I'm f#*@ing busy when i asked for help with it. Terrible terrible company.

Really great guy before the money changed hands. Terrible service afterwards. Trim was missing so as part of the agreement (verbal) he was going to replace it. 3 months later they hadn't even ordered it and said it was a bit expensive so they wouldn't honour the deal. After I forced the issue the part took another 3 months and installing it broke the radio. Don't trade with them. If you have to trade with them get EVERYTHING in writing or hold back funds. They're great before money changes hands.
