All the staff at Freedom were amazing! My husband was up north for the week and was having issues with his truck. He took it there and the guy physically showed him what was happening. They got it in the next day for repair and it’s a smooth ride once again. Thank you for making his truck reliable again in such a quick timeframe. We appreciate you guys!
They will break bolts and charge you 400 bucks for what they broke. Additionally when they do an oil change they will not fill your vehicle full of oil they will instead leave it 1-2 quarts low.
They will break things on your car then overcharged you to fix there mistakes I would recommend never going to them for any type of service
Went in for an inspection and to get a price on transmission fluid changed. Price was very high for the transmission fluid because the guy wanted to flush it twice. I did not get this done. Also I asked for my tie rods to be checked and my front breaks. They stated nothing was wrong with the car. Drove it for about a month or so, decided to take it back and ask if they can take another look at it for free as I was charged 90 for the inspection and still something was wrong with my car. Great place!!! While visiting Baldwin today realized I had an oil leak issue with another 100 miles to go. I asked a gal from Baldwin and she said Freedom auto the only place around. It was 2.4 miles I showed up on their doorstep and they didn’t hesitate to help, 30 minutes they had it fixed and me out the door and safely on the road! Much appreciated squeezing my problem into their busy schedule! Sherri
