My family and I were traveling back to Kalamazoo from Traverse City when we encountered major tire problems. Freedom was able to get us in within 30 minutes of our issues to assess the situation. Ended up needing brand new tires all the way around and Freedom was able to get them in and installed the next day. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them and I can tell that they really take pride in their work, and care about their customers.

Great staff. Very friendly. The inspection on my vehicle was top to bottom. Ty. I have recently taken my vehicle again due to engine light being on. They inspected my vehicle again took care of the problem in a timely manner I love this shop! Josh and Chase are very thorough and will not lead you astray! Ty again guys for all you do! Very professional!
