Collin was great in picking the hearing aids that would work for my severe hearing loss, what a great difference they have made over the old hearing aids I had. The process took longer than expected but it was due to the insurance company not Freedom Audiology.

I called in to make the appointment for my grandfather and I spoke with the office manager Vanessa who was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive.
