Our A/C stopped working during a heatwave and TJ came over same day, which we were grateful for. He reset a sensor and told us our filters were spent, so he ordered new filters for us, and charged us ~$300 for the visit. He said he would be back a few days later once the filters arrived to install, and in the meantime it would be ok to run the system without filters. He never showed up after the initial visit. I made an appointment with Freedom Air to come to my home and give me a quote for heat pump installation. I took a day off work and they no call, no showed to the appointment. I left phone messages and text messages and have received no response. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.
