Place sucks. Won't call back. Always get answering service. All employees work from home which means no accountability Called repeated to cancel membership, service call, and filters that should be free with buying $14,000 unit but after 6 months charged for them. Will not email back confirm cancelation of anything. Every since I bought a unit from them, its been a shit show. Customer service skills are pathetic STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE….
