I have seriously never had such great service with an HVAC company. Jake answered the phone at almost 11pm on a Thursday night and was out the next afternoon. Got the job done quickly and Way cheaper than I was expecting.

Good customer service might go just as far as a job well done. Luckily, Jake excels at both. He was responsive and friendly. He was out to our house within 2 hours and diagnosed and fixed a reoccurring issue that a different HVAC company had been unable to resolve. He was kind, communicative, and genuinely interested in making our day better. He even stopped for a minute to interact with my son who had taken an interest in him working. Really made him feel special that the "AIR man was nice to me"

Jake is very knowledgeable and proficient at his field. I am an engineer and his descriptions line up exactly with the theories I was taught in College. He was able to determine and fix my A/C problem quickly and effectively, and explained it to me with a truth that made sense.

I have went through 4 air/heat companies before I found freedom air. The owner, Jake, is honest & actually does what he says. I will never go through any other company
