Everyone that works there is kind and friendly. They are very professional and compassionate with my son. I'm so happy to have chose this place. He is flourishing there. It has been almost a year now and I have no complaints! That staff works very hard to make sure everything and everyone is taking care of! I'm very greatful for my son to have people that genuinely care for him as much as I do!
Customer services is notorious. Called for some information and was hung up on twice. Wow. Just wow.
Freedom Adult foster care is the worst in the state just fired the best manager they ever had very upset !!! my step son resides at Elizabeth lake road in Waterford mi in the past they have given wrong meds . They have lost him found him lying on the ground outside staff had no clue they let staff steal money from him! we finally got someone in there that really cared about the guys in this house and Freedom gets rid of him!!!! If anything happens to my step son we will take action !!! Please for the sake of these guys pleas... read more
