Rodney was responsive, courteous and professional. He worked diligently to resolve the problem with my chair lift and to provide customer satisfaction with his services.
Rodney is a great dude and very knowledgeable about stairlifts. My father in law's lift stopped working and repair would have been more than a replacement. Rodney found a replacement unit, picked it up, & installed it, and it works perfectly! We're happy that my father in law can have some of his independence back, made possible by Rodney's knowledge and skills. I highly recommend Rodney / Freedom Accessibility if you're in need of a stair lift or yours needs repaired!
Rodney and his helper came out and installed my friends new chair lift within a few hours and did a great job! He also gave us thorough instructions on its safety and use! They provide a vital service that allows physically challenged people to navigate their house easier and go about their lives more freely! Thanks Again Rodney!
