Rodney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! So happy we found him! Prices were great as well.
Rodney did great job putting our stairlift back together after a separate company rendered it unworkable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, made necessary repairs and put us back in business of transporting seniors down stairs safely. Thank you Freedom Accessibility and Rodney.
Rodney Hawthorne and crew were awesome. Very friendly and exceptional in their knowledge and technical skills. Showed me how the lift operated along with instructions about the battery operation/charging. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. Thanks. I highly recommend them to anyone interested a stairlift for their home.
Rodney responded quickly and was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. And, he explained everything he was doing. Extremely respectful and professional.
Great service, Rodney is a very easy person to do business with. Would highly recommend Rodney for your chair lift needs.
