Under the Executive Director, Nicole, new programs are being offered. Some of the current programs are Zumba, Strength & Balance, Chair Yoga, Happy Feet, many different card games, Mahjong, and Bingo! There are informational programs offered. All you have to do is ask and she will work to make it happen. Come for a visit 9-2, Monday-Thursday.
Have just started going here for a balance class and also a yoga\ chair class. I am so happy to have found this center. Classes are great as are the instructors and very helpful for beginners . Friendly and run a wonderful class. Lived here in CB for 5 years, how did I miss this great place. Plan to continue going there as much as I can. Also the other class members are friendly.
