Robin and Caryn were great!!
Undervalued my home, to get me to pay PMI. I put down roughly 30% on my downpayment thinking I wouldn't pay PMI, and on my pre-approval they sent me they valued my home correctly and didn't have PMI listed. Day of paperwork they changed the value of my home from $240,000 to $204,000, and added $50/month payment to mortgage hoping I wouldn't notice the little change day of, and they were correct. I didn't notice.
Big shout out to John Acton and his team very making my clients buying process very smooth and easy! Highly recommend them!
The Acton Team at Freedmont are THE BEST! They went above & beyond to get our refi done! There were stumbling blocks with credit, VA & our appraisal but they never gave up!!
