It’s always trash EVERYWHERE and STINKS! Maintenance man is LAZY and sits in his office with his dog all day. Rent lady has a HORRIBLE nonchalant attitude and comes in after 10am. On Fridays she come and sit in her office and refuse to answer the phone or help tenants. Doors are broken and ppl that don’t live here can come in whenever they please. HATE IT HERE!!!!!!
It has been over a month & a half since we received approval to move in after waiting for months for approval bc the CM didn’t ask for certain paperwork until compliance requested it knowing they would bc she knew the contents of our application & are family makeup. Nobody can answer questions on any fees being waived due to the wait. We’ve been in a hotel 3 months bc we were told there would be no delay in move in. I relocated to this area. 🧿🧿🧿🧿When i 1st moved in rent was $795 and 4 yrs later over $1000 i dont get a voucher and for paying this amount of currency it's disappointing how much this place has gone downhill over the years. While the outside still looks nice, the inside" tells a different story. Four years and three property managers later, nothing has improved - things have only gotten worse. The building isn't kept clean unless health inspectors are coming. Air filters haven't been changed in over a year,( i change my own)even though ... read more
