Very happy with Dr. Wu, I have been a patient for over three years, and switched from another doctor in the practice. Interesting to see some negative reviews here - I appreciate how responsive Dr. Wu has been (via the practice’s app for telehealth and in person) and how thorough and thoughtful he has been as he’s gotten to know me as a patient. I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell since 1997, when he began his career as an internist. It’s kind of funny and cool because we both started our careers at the same time. Dr. Mitchell has been my doctor for more than 20 years and he has been an excellent practitioner. The wonderful news is that this year they move to a bigger office to serve their patients and quite frankly it is amazing. I recommend this practice and I recommend Dr. Mitchell with my eyes closed. Dr. Wu was a waste of time. My husband went to him as a new patient to get established with primary care. He did not address any of his concerns, did not even take the time to try and draw baseline lab work for him, nothing. Referred him to an endocrinologist for his concerns. Nothing else. It was a complete waste of time and no help at all. I do not recommend for anyone who is trying to find a caring doctor who is willing to take the time and answer your questions. Zero stars.
I was considering scheduling an appointment because Cigna lists Dr. Mitchell and Whitaker as fantastic, as do many reviews. But you should know that after reading so many reviews about your office staff, I'll look elsewhere.
