Update 2: Yup. Still amazing. My go-to for all things employment law. Update 1: He’s still amazing, as is his staff. So much so that I’m even taking the time to update this. Original: I could write a novel, but to keep it simple: fantastic. Mr. Freedman is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and worth his weight in gold.
I was referred to Lindsay for help with an employment discrimination issue involving the Americans with Disabilities Act. He represented me through a long, complicated case involving EEOC and NLRB complaints and a lawsuit in federal court.
