Went for a office visit. He said I had bladder cancer and it needed to be removed. I never got a CT scan before surgery. I was in surgery less than 20 minutes. My wife saw the doctor walk by and didn't even talk to her (he wanted to go to his office). The next time I saw him, he said everything was good. A month later he noticed another cancer (that he missed). He does not seem to care about the patient and has an awful bedside manner. Why would he choose to practice medicine if he has no compaction for other human beings? I also believe that he overcharges the patients and the insurance and I have routinely been billed in addition to the copay even for a simple check up! I just had a first visit with another Urologist and what a difference! I have been a patient of Dr. Freedman for approximately 20 years. I've found him to be very informative. He gives a diagnosis, explains why and offers procedures that will help the diagnosis along with his professional opinion about what may or may not be best in my situation. I have the highest regard for him and his professional expertise.
If there were more stars to give I would. I had gone to other urologist in Anaheim whose name I refrain from mentioning - he gave me the wrong diagnoses and recommended the wrong surgery. Something told me to get another opinion. Im so very glad I did. After listening to me and providing some testing in his office, Dr. Freeman pinpointed my condition and thoroughly explained my options including surgery. I opted for the surgery. Dr Freeman restored my quality of life 100%. THANK YOU Dr. Freeman!
He is very pompous and condescending. He puts down his staff in front of patients. I would not want him working on me.
He saved me from bladder cancer 30 years ago and has been providing follow up care. Excellent doctor.
Dr,Freedman ,has dubious documents to be signed by patients,likes of which is not required by any other doctor, he is more worried about your payment than your health. wasnt impressed at all. your health is more worried about his
Excellent long term care for kidney stones, hematuria; extremely competent, efficient, thorough, empathetic. Explains options clearly, presents pros and cons, does not pressure the patient to choose but lets each person decide what choice fits them best. Spends as much time as needed to answer all questions. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
