Future students/candidates stay away from consulting services. Seek employment elsewhere or different department within. Upper management treats low level staff very poorly.
I was quoted $250 to do my returns for my small business. When the bill arrived, it was $350. I was also charged $75 to come in and sign the papers, which took less than 5 minutes. Next time, I will get it in writing. But I do not recommend the Batavia branch of this organization.
