So disappointed I sat down in the chair and the nail tech immediately cut my nails short and square before ever asking me the length and shape I wanted (long and round haha!). I feel like a consultation is so important, and unfortunately they missed the mark completely. I won’t be returning.

I hate to leave a bad review because my technician was truly so nice and tried her best. However, in paying $90 for a basic pedicure, I expected my toes to be pretty much perfect. I was there for 2 hours, my toe nails are lopsided, and on my big toe, you can still see the nail underneath and I chose a darker blue color, so probably could’ve used another coat but this wasn’t offered. I went for a pedicure and it was fantastic. It was a nice change of pace. Walking in, I didn't get hit with the chemical smell of nails being done. I checked in, picked my color, and was seated. Keep in mind that u must have an appointment. I was offered water and wine. The room is very minimalistic and calming neutral colors. My nail technician was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

This nail salon is so clean and well run. I am very particular about what salons I will go to because of the cleanliness and chemicals used in most nail care products. I was hopeful when I came across Freecoat one day driving by this location, so I decided to give it a try. Making an appointment was so easy to do online and I was able to get an appointment in the same week. I was so pleasantly surprised.
