I never write reviews and always try to be super understanding, especially because I’m also in the service industry, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking for a nail salon. I arrived about 5 minutes early for my 1:15 appointment. I was greeted by the receptionist and asked to have a seat while my nail tech finished with another client. I love that freecoat nails is non-toxic. I've been going for a couple of years now. I started seeing MaCyna and she always does a fabulous job. Her nail art is amazing.
This was my first time at Freecoat (my daughter goes whenever she's in town) and Jacinda did an incredible job redoing my gel nails. I had them done in DC for a wedding, and 3 days later they were already peeling. Jacinda is very conscientious and personable, and she did an incredible job! My nails look better than before (sent a pic to my daughter and she agreed). I am now hooked on these gel nails and will definitely be back to see Jacinda ~ thank you!!
I enjoy coming here for my mani/pedis. Loved having Samone today ! She is great. Highly recommend. I agree with this most I am posting again after my appt today!
