Such a great experience!! I loved Kamille, my stylist- she was so helpful. I don’t get my nails done often because they’re really damaged and I just don’t know a lot about nails, and Kamille answered all of my questions!! I requested pretty violet cat eye nails just on my natural nails since they’re so damaged and she was really careful and did a beautiful job! I was disappointed with both the quality of the gel manicure and the customer service I received. The gel began peeling after just four days, despite being assured it would last over two weeks. When I returned to address the issue, the front desk staff advised me to purchase acetone and remove it myself. I expressed my concern, especially considering the cost of the service, but was told I should have called sooner—even though I had been out of town. This was my first time coming here and possibly my last. I had a pedicure done and the application of the polish does not look like it was freshly done, it looks at least 2 weeks grown out (I had this done the same day I am writing this review). The technician was nice, but I was not happy with my service. I can tell they specialize more on manicures and nail art, which I would recommend for those looking to get that type of service. I don’t recommend for pedicures.
