We used to frequent this location because of the good food and and nice staff. Today we visited it for lunch and found out the nice manager is gone. So sad, she always greeted you with a smile. So with that said, our food was cold. The sign stating that you could get quesa birria, was inaccurate. They no longer have it Then Diana was rushing down the line throwing whatever in my bowl. Ordered to-go from here. They literally didn't give me half my order (an entire burrito bowl), and the "large chips" had 16 chips in the paper bag. There is nowhere to leave feedback on their website. Their entire business model shows that they couldn't care less about their customers.
