Would like to thank the Freebirds team for sorting out a small issue I had while I was away in Echuca, stop there on the way home and had it fixed straight away! That’s what I call good customer service! Keep up the great work. While I was there I had a look at some of the new stuff they are doing with their vans! We have been looking and researching caravans for over 6 months. Ended up going to a caravan show. After looking at all the different caravans at the show, we came across Freebirds Caravans. We walked into the Dream Duo model, and both said "this is it". Shaun and Jacob were so helpful throughout the buying process. Shaun in particular would respond immediately to our text messages. The Dream Duo is such a beautiful well crafted caravan and we highly recommend Freebirds Caravans.

Purchased my freebird family van over 12months ago and have travelled over 15k kms including over the nullarbor and can not fault it. As a first time caravan buyer it was scary looked at many vans and to be kept going back to the freebirds and so glad I did. Happy travelling
