Training with Kyleigh has been one of the best decisions I have made for my fitness. I realize the importance of weight training especially to improve bone density and maintain and/or build muscle mass as I age. With that being said, that type of workout is out of my comfort zone. Have been a customer there for 7 years (?) now and have seen great results. Kyleigh is a great trainer. Sometimes she'll push a little hard (the "chipper" workouts anyone?) but as I said the results are very evident. Highly recommend.

Kyleigh's dedication to her clientele is unmatched. She stays on top of your fitness and nutrition. Her freshly made meal plans in conjunction with her workouts has gotten this 56yr old in the best shape of my life!! Thanks , I will beat you in a Metcon sooner or later.
