Very nice staff & gentleman. We sat for almost 1 hr discussing things I felt really good leaving the office. After waiting 2 months with no update, I started calling to get updates on cost etc. after 5 months of pushing me around of he was either not in the office, vaca. or simply they would look & get back to me. After 5 months, I was told they couldn’t locate my paperwork if I could resend them, 3 envelopes of business documents that were misplaced.
