I have been renting a unit here since 2014. While the units are a tad off on size, they are close (within a few inches). They are average in height. I have had no problems with the service and they have worked with me a couple of times when my payment was late to pay the late fee the next month. I have had no problems with leaks in my unit although mice do tend to try and come into the units like any storage place. A few moth balls takes care of that problem.

I am not sure where to begin. The whole charade is appalling and baffling. If I could rate this place a zero star, I would! Free State was recommended to us by a relative. The owner seemed nice at first (as they always do). We got one storage and eventually another small storage unit due to our move. The smaller storage unit, come to find out, collects WATER in the unit (due to rain is my guess).
