After my recent experience, I am retracting that completely. After stringing me along with vague scheduling promises—playing the "doing you a favor by fitting you in" routine from behind the counter—Brian provided only verbal quotes. He threw out $3,000, then got hyper-specific with "$3,015.45," without ever offering a written, itemized estimate. The "diagnostic"... read more
Fair prices and friendly service! It can be hard to find a mechanic that one can trust and feel comfortable with, and Brian and his team at Free State are a real gem in Lawrence. He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers and I have been so thankful to have some one in town I can rely on for large and small jobs. Thank you!
