I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. Before posting this, I reached out to the owner privately in hopes of resolving the situation, but unfortunately we were unable to come to a resolution. I got extensions for the first time from Kayla in May/June 2025. The colour of the extensions did not match my hair. Kayla did correct her work, but the colour still wasn't what I wanted, so I ended up getting it recoloured before my wedding that July. The best salon!!! Boho vibes, great snacks and a super welcoming and fun atmosphere. Kayla is so good at what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy
Kayla listens so well to what my hair goals are and beyond delivers. She makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. She goes above with extra touches like snacks beverages and scalp massages. My extensions are perfectly placed and I have never had problems with them.
