Went with a buddy to pick up his new bike and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't buy a bike at this time but they were ready to let me test ride any bike but at the same time not pushy at all. Very friendly, will definitely buy my next bike here.
Steven was awesome to deal with! Blow a tire on my way home on the trailer and sent Steve a picture and no questions asked transfered me $500 dollars to buy two new tires! All around get customer service! I will be using them again on my next purchase! Good job guys!
Brought my boat in for a few insurance repairs (first time dealing with insurance) and they were very friendly and helpful! PLEASE CONTINUE READING Here’s an update on my review. So first walked into the shop they asked me to do a good review on google because they’ve been having a few bad ones. 5 months later I have not received my boat, because they were “too busy.” I have not had a good experience with this place. I wish I would have brought my boat back to shipwreck marine.
Staff were very helpful. Their new location has a huge showroom and more product variety than before.
