Truly amazing experience with Dr. Traci and Pasquale! I participated in the mini-retreat and loved how thoughtfully they created such a transformational process. It was personalized to each of the participants while beautifully creating and holding space for the collective group. Highly recommend it! I will also be starting counseling with Dr. Traci and am so looking forward to it.
I would like to take the time to express how thankful I am to have found Free Spirit Coaching. I met several times with Dr. Traci and attended one of her events as well and it was life changing. I've never felt so understood and accepted as I am. She listens and then gives you practical tools to take home with you for life change, not just and hour of listening and then you go home wondering how your going to make it till the next visit. Highly recommend!!
Dr Traci is amazing. She really takes the time to understand you and your individual needs. The grounds at Free Spirit are just stunning. Many great events as well. A full service operation. They make you feel very comfortable
I participated in a mini-retreat with Crystal Reiki Healing and Soundbath. I've never done anything like this before. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Free Spirit!!!
My family and I had the benefits of counseling over the last nine months. We worked with a fabulous therapist who helped us navigate through very tough family dynamics. Our therapist helped us with parenting, children school issues, marriage and family issues. While we were under her care, she truly treated us like family.
