This is for the business on Broadway, Knoxville TN. I decided to go with this business over a few others because the person that answered my call originally was very nice and informative to what I needed done with my car. Unfortunately, when I arrived at this business the clerk who I ended up speaking with (tall, older man) was extremely condescending toward me, and at one point told me to go sit down instead of standing by the other clerk who was getting me pricing. Bought 4 new tires at Recommendation of Free Service Tires.. bought new struts, alignment.. Everything.. When two of the tires went bald on the front inside.. Free Service Tire refused to honor warranty on the tires.. apparently unless you rotate the tires AT THEIR SHOP they will not honor any warranty.. Not Even Tire Warranty.. Buyer Beware.

RecommendedWe had major issues with an Isuzu. Serpentine belt, water pump, radiator, etc. I thought we’d have to junk the car. Ron Babka at the Oak Ridge Free Service store, was an angel on earth. Not only did they fix everything for a very fair price, they did it in 24 hours and treated us like family. Thank you, Ron, and all the technicians who helped get us back on the road.

My daughter went in for help with a nail stuck in her tire yesterday. The guys who were working asked her questions and trying telling her she needed 4 new tires; the entire time talking down to her and some of them outright laughing at her. She does not know a lot about cars, and felt totally humiliated. She called me for advice about this spontaneous recommendation for all new tires, and I told her to just leave. Today, we went and bought new tires somewhere else. No thank you.
Recommendedgreat customer service. stopped in for low tire, Mike Matthews went above and beyond. checked air in all my tires to make sure all were properly inflated, even replaced air hole covers that were missing. definitely has my future business
