I’ve been exercising most of my 76 years, but find the classes offered at gyms all the same (yoga & zumba) Just happened to get some of Curtis Adam’s videos and find them great! He’s fun and motivates.

Hi Curtis, I am a 72 year old AFAA certified fitness instructor that teaches Zumba Gold and Arthritis, Balance and Fall Prevention classes. I am always looking for great workouts for my participants and I happened upon yours. I have been using the seated cardio and weight programs and they LOVE them!!
