This place has the worst service and turn around time. Lied and said they was waiting on insurance when they have never even filed anything to my insurance. Needed medical supplies have been waiting 3 months for them still nothing.
I am only giving a 1 star rating because there isn't a no star option. I have been trying to order CPAP supplies since last May. Every time I call, I'm given the run around and excuses. Three times in the last month, I've been told that my supplies will be shipped out in 3-4 days. Still no supplies. I called again today and was told that it was an insurance issue since I didn't order supplies last year.... Well I did, but I still haven't received them. If I could give this place no stars I would. They are very unbusiness like. Have been fighting with them for TWO months for CPAP supplies. Told me they were waiting on Dr to sign order.. I called Dr.. 6 weeks in not submitted. Call today.. say they are waiting on insurance to approve. Immediately call insurance. They have submitted NOTHING! Im now at 2 + months without supplies!
I have been waiting a week on portable oxygen called 5 Days ago they said he would call back so I waited and called today and now I’m supposed to hear something tomorrow very frustrating they did get my money though
