this place is closed but there where always nice
Was told my PCR results would take 3-4 days due to surge in testing. I waited and called 4x asking-each time I was told the lab is trying to catch up. Finally, a week later I spoke with their main lab, and was told my swab was lost and never tested. I get stuff happens, but I should have been notified so I could've retested the same week. It took me calling 5x to find this out.
I went for a test this past Saturday 1/8. It’s Thursday 1/13 and I still haven’t gotten my Pcr results. I checked my junk email. Nothing
Quick result. Place is clean and friendly staff.
