I was tested 1/6 never got results at all until I called 1/19. Son tested positive 1/17 and was told on the card given 48 hr results for positive, 72 negative. It’s been almost a week with no results. 3 phone calls later, and an email kicked back because their email was too full. Pretty shady.
Super easy process, quick results. The young lady at this location answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, I received my rapid results within 20 minutes and my PCR results in two days. I still can’t believe I didn’t spend a penny!! Definitely recommended!
