Manager of the store was very rude and condescending.
Never have I felt so unwelcome. There were 3 people working in the shop and I stepped in. I had just purchased a sweater down the block so I had that small bag and a small hand bag. I walked around the shop and literally felt like I was being stalked. I won’t be stepping foot in this shop again.
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this specific Free People. It has been my favorite Free People location for a few years now. Every time I visit the area, I make it a point to stop by, as the vibe is always so welcoming and the layout and merchandise are beautifully displayed.
