Never have I felt so unwelcome. There were 3 people working in the shop and I stepped in. I had just purchased a sweater down the block so I had that small bag and a small hand bag. I walked around the shop and literally felt like I was being stalked. I won’t be stepping foot in this shop again.
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this specific Free People. It has been my favorite Free People location for a few years now. Every time I visit the area, I make it a point to stop by, as the vibe is always so welcoming and the layout and merchandise are beautifully displayed. The staff were kind and answered the questions I had about the clothes, and offered suggestions. I’m new to this area and they were helpful and pretty friendly! Only thing I’d like to nitpick is that the fitting room curtains/couch seemed a bit old/dirty, but the clothes themselves and staff were good. Recommend you to check it out.
