I had been literally thinking nonstop about the Free People Emerson large tote. I called today because it's been sold out everywhere and they said they just got one in 10 minutes earlier in the washed sail color, which is the color I've been dying for! I drove down from Winnetka because they said they would hold it for me. When I arrived, I was completely taken by the bag, and of course, ended up buying it. The young women that work in this store or nothing short of fabulous!!

This is seriously the best Free People store in the world. Whoever buys for this store is a 10/10 superstar because they always have the cutest clothes available. The employees are also always super nice and helpful. I’ve never found clothes I adore at the Wicker Park store, but this Southport store is >>>

I've spent over $1000 on this company (no one is expected to know that) HOWEVER. I walked in today to make a purchase or two. Not one greeting from any of your two employees. (I was the only customer in at the time) In walks in a couple who get a warm greeting. I put part of my purchase back and kindly left. You don't know who is walking in your store and the fact that I didn't get a single hello from one of your two employees while I was the only customer there leaves an extremely bad taste in my mouth seeing that half of m... read more
