I came across Free My Timber’s ad and contacted Chris. Another contractor had measured and quoted me a price but when it came time to do the work, he wasn’t available. From the first conversation with Chris, he was professional, answered my questions and matched the price the previous contractors quote. He just completed two of my bedrooms and so will do my upstairs level soon. He gave a detailed and fair estimate, walking through the entire process from start to finish with optional upgrades and alternatives. I was very pleased with his work. He completed the job in a timely manner while keeping me informed of his daily schedule. Overall I appreciate his communication, craftsmanship, and thorough service.
