Glad to see they have closed in Newport News. I had work done on my truck based on a$700 quote, when I came back to get my vehicle, the work was done, but the cost was $1700. Had to leave to borrow the money I didn't have, returned and when I came back, the secretary said "Did you tell her about her car". Only after paying did I find out that my vehicle had been ""broken into"". Free miles transmission has a lot of promises or service's they claim. Well 24/7 operators, well 2 days later no call back. This is the New PortNews location. But after looking and reading reviews, I'm glad they didn't call back. I believe it's an undercover chop shop trying to be legit. Oct.11 2017 240 pm.

Went in for an oil change told me it would be a about an hour came back to pick my car up and it was still sitting in the same place I parked it guy said if I pay in cash he would give me a discount I paid and still had to wait 2 more hours to get my car oil changed trying to support local business and this one was a damn joke never again 11/19/2016
