Free miles is the best. Free miles is the absolute perfect place and very careful and nice work touch, you can get your car mechanic needs done. I just moved here from Maryland, and went to a few places for my car that weren t so nice... So I stopped by Free Miles and I will never go anywhere else !!! Best Place for Repairing This place is definitely worth 5 stars!!!! I was having a bad day, my car stopped working right. I took it to Free Miles not only did they give me great service,they all were so friendly and nice. Definitely my number one mechanics.
Worst Service EVER!!!!!!! Took my car to the Richmond location, and boy what a mistake. Picked up my car on a Monday, and it was back in the shop Tuesday after paying $4000. Three weeks later I still do not have my car!!! No return phone calls when promised. Excuss after excuss, after excuss. IF YOU NEVER LISTENED TO A WARNING BEFORE LISTEN TO THIS ONE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FREE MILES.

Thumbs Up for Customer Services Was experiencing some car issues, so paid a visit to this place. Not only did they fix what was wrong, but there was another minor issue. They fixed it without even asking me, and they didn’t even charge me for it. These people totally go beyond to make sure their customers leave happy.
1st Experience was wonderful A few days back, my car broke down a few paces away from this auto repair shop. I called the men working there to help me out, and they happily did. They examined it, fixed and got it back running in no time at all. Now I feel lucky that I had this incident, otherwise I would’ve never found out about this amazing shop.
