The work they did on Brian's Dodge pick-up was fantastic and has been running flawlessly ever since they repaired the transmission. It had been so difficult to find honest people these days to work on our "babies" but we won't have that problem anymore since both our vehicles will be taken to Mark and the guys at Free miles Auto and Transmission Repair, where we know the job will get done at a price we can live with. Finally someone we can trust and we appreciate that.

This has to be the absolute best experience I have had with getting my car repaired. My BMW wouldn't reverse...dealer was out of site for my car. Mark gave me a great quote to fix what I hear is a commmon occurance with the 3 series engine. Not only was his quote the best, but the final bill came in less that what he quoted me!!! You guys are the best and I am sending all my friends to you!

After several estimates from main-stream "brand name" transmission shops, I was told to fear the worst and that the whole thing would need replacing... Extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. They saved me $250 on my timing belt from what the dealer was going to charge me. They even cancelled me against doing an unnecessary service to my car that another mechanic recommend because it was factory recommended. I felt they really looked out for my vehicle as well as my bottom line. I would definitely come here again.
