It was Friday afternoon at 4:30. I was stuck i didn't know what to do. I called my mechanic who said to call FREE MILES. Even though they were closing, or supposed to be closing at 6, they sent their truck to get me. On Saturday they told me that my axle was broken and that's why my car didn't move. They fixed the axle and gave me a very reasonable bill. I didn't need a transmission! I was thrilled and glad that my mechanic said to call Free Miles Transmission.

I never thought I would find a shop in this Port until I stepped into Free Miles Transmission, they really treated me like family there. Not only did they treat me right but they fixed my reoccuring problem on my vehicle that no one could seem to fix, not even the the previous Reliable Transmission Service that use to be at that location who went out of business, couldn't figure this one out. The guys at Free Miles Transmission really know there stuff. After they fixed it, I fell in love all over again with my 2007 Honda CR-V.

Took my car in for an automatic transmission repair. It was done in a few days and works perfect now. Price was lower than quoted and work was done quick. This is the BEST place in Newport News, VA to have your transmission repaired. Totally honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced.
