They kept the shop opened past closing just for me to pick up my car after work. They also throw me in a free car wash. I don't know what more I could ask for. Thank you so much!
Great experience – Our car has been shuddering for months and we reluctantly faced the fact that we might have to replace the transmission. My husband and I found you by asking some of his coworkers. You immediately seemed to know what he was talking about and suggested that you first try replacing all of the transmission fluid. I brought the car back later and you replaced the fluid. Best service I've ever had While visiting my family when my truck started to make a noise, so I stopped in at Free Miles Transmission Shop, because they are one of the largest shop in Newport News, VA that I was informed by my family. I was treated with respect from the Manager and the Tech. that was working on my truck. Thank goodness my problem was nothing too extensive, because I needed to leave for home the following day. Honest and Accurate mechanics! – The workers over at Free Miles Transmission Auto Care are reliable and trustworthy. I brought my Toyota Tundra to them thinking that I might have to replace my transmission. The mechanic found a bad sensor in the transmission. After they replaced the sensor the transmission on my truck shifted as if it was brand new. I am very impressed with the honesty and great service that Free Miles Transmission has provided for me. I highly recommend them.
I really liked the manners and non-rushing attitude here. They were very straightforward but it was also obvious that they are not interested in doing unnecessary work to make an extra buck. They were very adamant about proper maintenance to prevent the need to rebuild or replace. They will be getting all my future business.
