Paul was a pleasure to work with. I only needed a unit for a single month and self served the rental through his website. I needed pretty immediate access and he was very consistently available and communicative. I then realized the unit I had rented wasn't big enough and self served to rent another, bigger, one. I called him and let him know and he cancelled and fully refunded the first one. Have had a unit here for about 7 months now and am very happy. I have had to access it frequently, sometimes very late at night, and I have had no issues getting in and out. I also had to purchase the rental and then access it the very same day as I had to move at the spur of the moment. Was able to sign up online and secure the unit with no issues, and then I was notified that I would be able to access the unit right away to my relief. However, my code to the gate would require 24 hours to officially register in the system.... read more
