100% recommend Free Heat Industries. Over the many months while our pool was being built, Hal was so patient and educative about the options regarding pool systems. The Ozone / Brauer Swim unit he recommended is simply brilliant and we're glad we took the plunge! His follow-up support is excellent and we're very pleased we embarked on this journey with the Brauer ecosystem. We haven't (yet) bought a heating unit, but with Hal's support we definitely avoided making a wrong decision there. Thankyou Free Heat, Hal and Brauer!

I Cant recommend Free Heat highly enough. We have had an extended renovation and they not only supplied and set up the equipment but have promptly attended to problems we created moving/reconfiguring equipment around renovation The equipment works spectacularly and has enabled us to swim in great comfort all year! Our old machine was broken, Hal came and took apart all the old broken bits and did a full repair and replace. The quality of the work is brilliant and I’m super happy with how quickly he came and did everything. Very professional, very efficient and lovely to deal with.
