Hal and the team at Free Heat Industries were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Hal provided friendly and professional service during the consultation stage and then when installing our pool heater. They came back free of charge to tidy up one minor detail. Very happy, Thanks Hal and Free Heat! Warm regards, Ken and Celeste
100% recommend Free Heat Industries. Over the many months while our pool was being built, Hal was so patient and educative about the options regarding pool systems. The Ozone / Brauer Swim unit he recommended is simply brilliant and we're glad we took the plunge! His follow-up support is excellent and we're very pleased we embarked on this journey with the Brauer ecosystem. We haven't (yet) bought a heating unit, but with Hal's support we definitely avoided making a wrong decision there. Thankyou Free Heat, Hal and Brauer!
Hal Set up our pool with heating and a cover We live in Coomera. We rang him because I broke my knee and would need to use the pool in winter. He was here within two days and completed. Wonderful service wonderful person. Would highly recommend
