Called Brett at Free Flow Plumbing on a Friday afternoon to fix an issue with my gutter down pipe affecting my rain water catchment. I’m sure this would be an annoyingly small job to receive, but was made to feel it was not bother. After a very honest quote, they arrived within 40mins. The solar hot water service dies and we logged it as non-urgent, yet this local business were on site the same day! The remedy was simple, until the poor tradie entered the Twilight Zone of our property and had to deal with "amateur creative plumbing" from a previous owner-builder at our home who was big on confidence but light on for plumbing knowledge. Great service from Brett and the team. I required a CCTV survey of a storm drain and due to the unknown pipework layout they couldn't obtain the footage needed, so returned the following day with an alternative solution and completed the job. I highly recommend this company.
