Free Flow is one of my favorite places to go for movement!! Outstanding atmosphere and wonderful people!! Wonderful way to add to my sensual expression and embodiment!! Adrianne, Clarissa, and Nici have been so supportive, helpful, great to connect with!!
I LOVE Free Flow Fitness! The (Pole)lates and Flexibility classes have been a total game-changer for me! The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely amazing at what they do. On top of that, the community here is so supportive and great. I always look forward to my classes. Highly recommend!
The class I took at this place was a lot of fun and a good workout at the same time. I am an out of shape transgender woman and never felt out of place even when I was too tired to keep doing all the moves. This place felt inclusive and I felt comfortable there I will definitely be going back.
