Very disappointed. The staff was unhelpful, and Ignored every need I wanted. I had a handful of people recommend to me and a handful of people said not to come. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I regret it.

The customer service here was terrible. The staff was more interested in being on their phones than helping customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The bridal store was honestly disappointing. For a place that’s supposed to make you feel special, it was anything but. The shop was not clean at all—dusty floors, stained seating, and overall just felt neglected. It’s hard to take the gowns seriously when the environment doesn’t reflect care or attention to detail. It just felt crowded

This bridal store proves you can ruin a bride’s day without even trying. I also asked for a personalized experience and booked it, just to come in and tell me they didn’t have the items for it.
