The process was super easy from start to finish. I scheduled a pickup online, received a confirmation email, and the team showed up on time. They even helped me with a few heavy boxes. Fantastic service!!!

I had a great experience with their free donation pickup service. The team was prompt and arrived on time, and they were able to take all of my donations in one trip. They were friendly and courteous throughout the process, and they even helped me move some heavy items out of my home. I have never been so disappointed in a "free" service that helps other people. I had made arrangements for a pickup for my 80 year old mother at 9:00am yesterday. They missed their 9:00am pickup, said they would be there at 11am, missed that time and said they were on their way at 1:00pm. My mother waited in a cold house all day and nobody had the courtesy or respect to call and cancel.
