Tested on Friday for a Sunday Cruise and was told results would be in 24 hours. Sunday in Florida we had to find a Test location and have new tests done before we could board the ship, Received the results Sunday afternoon while we were on the ship.
Even though the signs are out on the road saying this site is open, no one is there. There were 3 people trying to get tested between 10-10:40. No answer to phone calls during that time; however, did get an answer a bit after 11. The person said the site is in the process of closing due to low demand. Not a good ideas to close before the holiday weekend and a surge in COVID cases! I'd say if no one answers the phone don't waste your time with this place.
My family has had to use this facility a few times during all of this. Staff has always been quick, friendly and helpful. Anyone that needs to be tested I highly recommend coming here.
