You should NOT have to upload pictures of your drivers license and insurance card to get a Covid test - please be aware of identity theft risk with this! No infection control protocols followed. Labeling of samples is not done in front of client and the system they have in place does not make me feel confident the test results are accurate. No PCR tests, which you don’t know until you are already there waiting in line.
no results back it’s been two days. got tested elsewhere but need results to travel.
Never received my "rapid" results. It's been 7 days. At this point, knowing if I was positive or negative is a moot point.
This place is a SCAM! They have no affiliation with the CDC or WI Public Health. They are under an active investigation. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ADMINISTERING YOUR OWN TEST!!! To the owner: you have an active investigation into your practice. This is not "the media" this is the government.
You’ll probably get COVID by coming here. They also never emailed back.
