Four weeks later, still no results
These guys should be put in jail. Multiple family members have tested "negative" here only to test positive at dupage medical while being really sick. They have kids working here who probably dont even complete the testing. Reaching out to insurance company to deny any payments to them.
I was tested on 12/22 and never received an email for either my rapid or PCR results. They did verbally tell me that my rapid was negative, but I never got the report by email and never heard anything about my PCR results. The staff was friendly and the line did move quickly though.
